As our Customer Care Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, handling order entry, invoices, credit notes, and complaints with ease. With frequent customer contact, you will provide a high level of service and build lasting relationships with our clients.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has a knack for problem-solving. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers' needs are met, providing exceptional service every step of the way.

- You communicate effectively and proactively with both customers and colleagues in Dutch, French and English.
