Customer Care Specialist – Leuven

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complicated orders that require follow-up, contact with suppliers, and communication with other SEW-production sites in Europe or China. You will work closely with our sales team and play a key role in ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.

Your role

  • Use SAP to manage complicated orders and ensure on-time delivery
  • Contact suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Communicate with other SEW-production sites in Europe or China to coordinate logistics and production schedules
  • Work with the sales team to provide accurate and timely updates on order status
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Your profile

  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong SAP knowledge and experience working with complex orders
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
