We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to join our Customer Advisory team. As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers with technical expertise and building strong relationships with them.
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers and sales team members.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify and deliver solutions that meet the customer’s technical requirements.
- Generate technical proposals and quotations
- Attend customer meetings, events, and trade shows as required to support sales team efforts.
- After the training period, you participate in our 24/7/365 service (rotation system).
- A technical background in engineering, science or a related field.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical sales or technical customer support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address technical issues and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and collaborate with colleagues.
