We are looking for a talented new colleague to be the go-to person for our customers. As their main point of contact, you will be responsible for following up on their cases, providing technical support when needed, and ensuring that all complaints are handled smoothly and efficiently. You will also play a key role in ensuring that information flows seamlessly between departments.
- You manage your assigned cases from start to finish.
- You create quotations and production orders
- You process and follow up on orders
- With the input from our specialists, you ensure that technical documentation is complete and accurate.
- When customers have complaints, you communicate with them proactively, providing regular updates and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
- You are responsible for planning interventions at customer sites
- You prepare interventions thoroughly ensuring that technicians have all the information they need to succeed.
- You proactively follow up on ongoing interventions, keeping customers in the loop and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Customer-first mindset
- Experienced in managing customer relationships
- You are an effective communicator in Dutch, French, and English
- You have a solid understanding of technical concepts
- You are a self-starter who can take ownership of your work and deliver results, while also being flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
