Fast startup
Thanks to optimized usability, MOVISUITE® is designed for simple, intuitive operation.
Consistent
MOVISUITE® is the startup engineering software for the entire unit portfolio of the MOVI-C® modular automation system - from gear units to control systems.
Free of charge
The software is freely available on the homepage. There are no costs for its use.
Complete
The software package contains functions for drive startup as well as for visualization and programming.
It may sound too good to be true, but that's exactly what we set out to provide when developing customized solutions for your automation and engineering requirements. This is all the more important if such solutions are to make your day-to-day work easier and offer future-proof assistance for your planning and orders – support you can rely on for the long term.
With MOVISUITE® standard, all components of the MOVI-C® modular automation system can be configured, started up and monitored throughout, from control technology to inverters, motors and gear units.
NEW! MOVISUITE® compact, the new compact variant of the engineering software, is optimized for the inverter, i.e. from the actual drive train to the motor to the gear unit. MOVI-C® CONTROLLERS are not supported. This allows for a very fast installation time and a reduced need for hard disk capacity.
This saves resources, time and money.
At the same time, both variant of MOVISUITE® feature the “look and feel” and graphical user interfaces of a uniform and modern engineering software.
The MOVIRUN® software platform is designed to be a universal solution, meaning it runs on the entire controller portfolio, MOVI‑C® CONTROLLER (control cabinet technology) and MOVI‑C® FIELD CONTROLLER (decentralized field installations).
MOVIRUN® determines the type and version of the runtime system, that is to say how the commands are executed by the control technology, and at what speed. The MOVIRUN® flexible version makes it possible to use motion control functions ranging from simple to complex and to do so efficiently using graphical user interfaces.
Human-centered design is all about meeting the requirements that will ensure software is developed and designed around user needs, is geared towards people in generaland delivers the user experience of a state-of-the-art software package. These requirements are even described and laid down in a technical standard, specifically DIN ISO 9410-210. But what exactly are the stipulations behind this standard and its numerical code? Quite simply, they offer a definition that describes how to make software and user interfaces easier to use.
All development work should revolve around the person who will later have to work with the software. That's why most interdisciplinary teams of developers ideally like to begin by putting themselves in the shoes of users and considering questions such as: Who are the typical users? What do they want to achieve with the product? And what is the easiest way they can reach their objective?
After that, the initial prototypes are developed and subjected to thorough testing by potential users. This means any necessary optimizations can be quickly identified and put into practice. The goal throughout is to combine the highest possible level of user-friendliness and usability.

Thanks to the preconfigured MOVIKIT® software modules, any startup process can be carried out quickly and easily. Areas of application are just as varied as the motion and drive tasks that drive technology has to complete in automation solutions – from speed control and positioning to controlling complex technology or machine modules. Users are guided intuitively through the user interface, the configuration process and diagnostic functions. The MOVIKIT® software modules are divided into different categories and are available for the various versions of the MOVIRUN® software platforms.
