Who can register for Online Support?
Everybody can register for Online Support!
In case your company is already known in our systems, your account will be linked automatically. Otherwise, a company creation step is needed and will be performed by an SEW employee after your registration.
Can I register with my personal email, e.g. a gmail or hotmail address?
No. Online Support registrations are limited to company email adresses only. We require an official company email address for data security reasons.
For the same reason, it is not possible to have multiple user IDs linked to the same company address.
I requested additional authorizations. How long does the approval take?
An SEW-EURODRIVE employee will process your request typically within a couple of business days. Contact us in case you have an urgent request.
I'm stuck in the registration process. Where can I find help?
