Bridge crane with pole-changing motors
Bridge crane for simple transport applications
The bridge crane package variant with pole-changing motors is designed for low requirements on dynamic properties and positioning accuracy. Use this variant to complete simple transport processes. Do you transport light loads for which swinging is not a crucial issue for you? If so, this variant is ideal for your application!
We have intentionally not included expensive control and feedback systems. Our gearmotors used here can be operated directly from the power supply. They switch between the pole pairs when starting up and the speed is changed gradually as a result.

No movement of heavy transported goods
We have designed our bridge crane package with speed-controlled motors to prevent movement of heavy transported goods. This allows you to position the load accurately even when transporting heavy objects. This controls the frequency inverters using adjusted acceleration and deceleration ramps in a closed loop system with encoder feedback.

Synchronization increased process reliability
We have designed this bridge crane variant with regulated directional stability in order to guarantee directional stability. This allows you to prevent the distortion or blocking of crane bridges at different crane trolley speeds. This is achieved through control electronics in the bridge crane which undertakes the synchronization of the two trolley sides to ensure regulated directional stability (SyncCrane).

We have taken these differences into account in the bridge crane package in the form of different variants.
